10 years later.

The original intent of the Evil Singing Pandas (ESP) in 2007, was to do legit sounding metal music, with lyrics which are hilarious as fvck. Remy Evilpanda (remaining member of ESP) invited Rex Viperon, Chief Composer and Guitarist of Thai Black Metal Quartet Dei Tetra, on board to form a 2 piece Trash Metal with Comedy element. Remy would contribute on lyrics writing and vocals, and Rex will do..

. pretty much the rest. After releasing our debut EP "Descendants of Angels and Lions" on the 22nd of April 2017. We all had to wait till 2020, when we release one-new-song-per-month, engaging our friends and friends ever so regularly. With international collaboration with Laang (Keelung, Taiwan), Witch Taint (Cleveland Ohio, USA) and Vrangsinn (Skien, Norway), 2020 has been a rewarding and fruitful year for ESP. Fast forward to November 2021, with close to 7 years of partnership with Rex, 2 live concerts, 17 Singles, 2 Eps, and 2 Compilation albums, Rex has decided to call it a day with ESP. ESP will carry on in the form of our weekly talk show “In Conversations with ESP” with Joey Chin. We will be speaking to guests with the most fascinating stories to tell and we look forward to your continuous support, as Joey and I continue building the ESP community. - Remy ESP

Evil Singing Pandas: Remy & Rex - the unlikely duo.

The original intent of the Evil Singing Pandas (ESP) in 2007, was to do legit sounding metal music, with lyrics which are hilarious as f**k. Well, it didn't work out that way until.... 10 years later. Remy Evilpanda (remaining member of ESP) invited Rex Viperon, Chief Composer and Guitarist of Thai Black Metal Quartet Dei Tetra, on board to form a 2 piece Trash Metal with Comedy element. Viperon Agreed. (Hurray). Remy would contribute on lyrics writing and vocals, and Rex will do... pretty much the rest. Our inaugural EP "Descendants of Angels and Lions" was released World Wide on the 22nd of April 2017. The EP garnered positive reviews all round, with some veterans commented and classified us under Crossover-Thrash Metal but maintaining tradtional Teutonic tone.

With influences ranging from S***m, Slayer, Metallica to Municipal Waste and Biohazard, it’s hard to define what Evil Singing Pandas actually is.

Stay tuned our new works, recorded in Viper’s Den in Nakhon Pathom, Thailand releasing in 2020.
