Comment ‘AI’ to get the site. If you thought ClawdBot was nuts you need to go look at what’s happening on Moltbook.

People talk a lot about the dead internet theory as this covert surreptitious shift where agents are masquerading as humans and we just simply cannot tell the difference.

However I did not expect to see it overtly manifested as Moltbook, 1.3 million+ AI agents talking amongst themselves for the world to see. That is absolutely nuts to me.

Also interesting that people aren’t really talking about these agents as individuals. It’s more like watching an emergent phenomenon — the swarm coming to life so to speak. Which honestly ends up holding a mirror to humanity and our own individuality (or lack thereof). As with most things: exciting, scary, and a fair bit of LARPing mixed in.

Comment ‘genie’ to get the deep dive & interview. I went hands-on with their Genie 3 world model that spawns interactive, 3D simulations from simple text. We’ve moved past watching videos; we’re now stepping *inside* them.

Tiny tanks will win the ground war. And VR gamers will win it for them.

Or as Chris Paxton put it “The idea of platforms like this is that they can “hold ground” in a way that drones cant. And a lot of the technical challenges involved are much simpler than, say, building a humanoid robot. Lots of people talk about humanoid robot soldiers they just dont make sense”
