Truly paranoid, delusional workers here, very confused about the meaning of public and private. Colonel Booth thinks that because he owns the business, he can dictate what free Americans can do on a public easement. He's also someone who tells hearsay to police as if they are concrete facts. Very foolish. He also assaulted a man, at least once, who didn't obey unlawful commands.
