🎙️Are you struggling to find fun and engaging activities for your teen this summer? We’ve got the perfect solution! 🌞

**Kinda Sound Youth** presents an exciting online summer program where teens will create their very own radio show! Starting at the beginning of the six-week holiday, this program offers:

✨ Collaboration in groups of 4
✨ Fun and engaging activities with friends
✨ Learning many transferable skills
✨ Building self-esteem and confidence
✨ Developing resilience
✨ Stepping out of their comfort zone

Their shows will be pre-recorded and aired on our KindaSound youth platform, giving them a platform to shine! 🌟

For Kate’s first show, she will be interviewing an incredible guest who is a multidimensional energy healing therapist, teaching Shamanic Kundalini Yoga and Reiki alongside leading healing retreats and programmes and workshops around the world.

Trish has been practising the healing arts for over 20 years and set up soul adventures in 2006 when she released a record designed to support energy healing therapies. She has been teaching Kundalini Yoga and hosting retreats since 2013.
In February 2024 she opened The School Of Shamanic Kundalini Yoga And Healing Arts and will present the first 200 hour shamanic kundalini yoga teacher training starting in May of this year,
