without warning,

Some of you are still waiting.
Still watching them smile.
Still watching them win.

And some days the faith wavers.

raise your standards —

Some people vanish.

And your first instinct
will be to wonder
what you did wrong.

You did nothing wrong.

You just stopped being
convenient for them.

You stopped being

and accepted anything.

to be that way.

They have never had to rebuild
their peace from nothing.

They have never learned
the hard way
what happens when you give
your energy to everything
and everyone
without a single filter.

Unbothered is not a wall.

It is a garden
you finally learned
to protect.

But hope —

Hope that one day
they will finally see you,
finally choose you,
finally show up the way
you always showed up for them —

That kind of hope
keeps you in something
long after you should have left.

It is not weakness.

It is what happens when you love
someone more than they have
