The word for us today

Title: Eternal Preparedness: When the Roll Is Called Up Yonder

Scripture: Matthew 25:1-13, Revelation 20:12-15

When the roll is called up yonder, will you be ready? The Bible teaches us that life is short, and eternity is long. As Christians, we must live with the awareness that our time on earth is limited, and our eternal destiny is determined by our relationship with Jesus Christ.

Questions for today:

1. Are you living a life that honors God?
2. Have you accepted Jesus Christ as your Lord and Savior?
3. Are you walking in obedience to God's Word?

Do the following:

Reflect on your spiritual journey.
Seek forgiveness and salvation through Jesus Christ.
Live a life that reflects God's love and grace.

When the roll is called up yonder, it's not just a name that's called; it's a life that's judged. Let us live with purpose, guided by God's Word, and empowered by His Spirit.

The Jesus That Saves

Jesus Christ is the central figure of Christianity, and His salvation is the core of the Christian faith. Through His life, death, and resurrection, Jesus offers salvation to humanity, providing forgiveness of sins and reconciliation with God.

He died on the cross for our sins
We receive salvation by believing in Jesus.
Jesus offers eternal life to those who trust in Him.

"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16)
