Still dreaming about these steak and chicken fajitas from last weekend. I smoked the thighs on the timberline then finished them off on the flat rock. The cook on the sirloin flap was perfect. Seasoned the chicken with chile lime and the steak was pre marinated from .

A few weeks ago I was at my local and they were having these .queen samples. Took one bite of the roasted tomatillo salsa and knew I needed a container. I hosted a family dinner and everyone loved it so much it was gone while I was cooking! Went back to Costco and I guess it was just a weekend thing because they didn’t have any left. I went to salsa queen website to find it anywhere else locally and no one has it. But thank goodness they offer 2 day shipping, I ordered the roasted tomatillo, queso chipotle dip and their gourmet pico salsa. Just in time for weekend March madness watching.

I love having a cover over my grilling area during these dark rainy fall days in the PNW. Craving some yakisoba, and the griddle just makes it so much easier. Chicken thighs seasoned with Yoshidas teriyaki sauce and Maui Waui. All cooked up on the Flat rock.
