Another one of my favorite people got their wings. Most people only knew Dr. Ruth (Karola Ruth) Westheimer from her funny, taboo shocking things she said about s*x on TV and radio.
But she was more than a s*x guru or s*x counselor and host on her show called “Sexually Speaking,” that I loved. She was a German-American Holocaust survivor.
Her parent sent her to a boarding school in Switzerland for her safety and they were later kill when they were sent to the concentration camp. At 17 she immigrated to British-controlled mandatory Palestine where she trained as a sniper. After being seriously wounded, she later moved to Paris where she studied psychology and moved to the USA.
She was also a wife and mother of one son and one daughter. Please keep her in your prayers.
