although it can feel like a burden at times, actually sharing the beauty of your yoga practice is a gift to the world!

Because it’s so easy to forget right- while the ideas can seem to simple, actually when you’re running a yoga business it can sometimes feel overwhelming to know exactly WHAT to post 🫠

The key is all in creating a strategy that feels just as intentional and nourishing as your classes do🤍

There is SO MUCH going on behind the scenes of my own not-so-active account🤣

I’m finding myself in such an incredible position of working with so many amazing wellness and holistic businesses that managing my time has become quite the challenge (pair that with ADHD- wowzers🤪🙈) - but I wouldn’t change it for the world!

I’ve been reflecting on what it’s all for- so I put together my thoughts on my WHY.

Whilst social media can be a really superficial space, actually the work we do as holistic practitioners goes so much deeper than that- and actually there’s a beautiful environment in social media for that too🤍

I’m keen to share more of my approach as- while my books are closed at the moment with my workload being something quite challenging to manage atm- I’m SO PASSIONATE about social media and seeing it from a grounded, mindful, even spiritual lens.

Which lesson speaks the most to you? Have you had these experiences as a business owner too?

Summer has always been my favourite season, although now that I have a business I've grown a deeper appreciation for it still having given me a much needed time to recoup energy and set my intentionality over my direction.
