My first visit to the OR not as a patient was something I will never forget.

Thank you to Christopher Miller for giving me the opportunity to observe you in action for a day!

I got to learn about MIS Limb salvage/deformity correction, Jones Fx, Ankle Fracture/scope deltoid and syndesmosis, Zadek, and MIS Charcot TTC fusion/talectomy. Now, that’s a full day!

What a day at VEITHsymposium

Walking through the halls and having faculty, colleagues, and vendors say “It’s great to finally meet in person” was something I’ll never forget. So many of these incredible faculty have spoken on the lerEXPO platform, shared their expertise, taught our audiences, and built real relationships online. Meeting them face to face for the first time brought it all full circle.

Choosing where to go has its perks!

Today, I am on my way to the Western Wisconsin Foot & Ankle Symposium in LaCrosse, co-chaired by my friend and medical director and Bradley P. Abicht, DPM, FACFAS.

Phenomenal agenda, stellar faculty, and a chance to see old friends while finally meeting some virtual connections face-to-face. I love this stuff!

Now if only there was a direct flight and not a 2-hour drive from Minneapolis, but hey, it’s definitely worth it for this crew.
