The version of you that’s fit and jacked do they eat late? Eat s**t? Skip Gym?

Do they doom scroll? Avoid investing in themselves? Procrastinate important decisions?

If you keep making decisions like you currently have you’ll keep getting what you’ve gotten. And is that a reality you want to settle for? No.

One day from now 5 years ago

Something tragic would happen that’d alter the course of my life...

It would get worse. I’d lose my job.
My “amazing job” where I was earning $80/mo (N40k then)

Yeah that amazing job.

I’d feel so bad because of it…I’ll be forced to take on a side hustle I swore I’d never do in my life—marketing and sales.

I’d have to borrow money to get a course.

And I’ll quickly realize…

It’d be the best decision of my life.

Change lives.

1. You’re still trading time for money
If you don’t sell you don’t make money

2. You sit down a lot.
Not good for your health…you’d start getting round in the middle

3. You’d typically close work 12am - 1am.
So bye bye sleeping early due to working EST and PST Timezone

If you can deal with these and find a way to stay healthy (walk a lot. Get a standing desk. Etc)

Have I ever had the same person show up on two different offers.

Read that again.

The world is that big.
And your target market is not as small as your scarcity mindset is making it seem.

Here are 5 simple shifts that quietly 3X’d my productivity and changed how I show up daily:

1. Plan My Week Every Sunday Night

Most people start their week in chaos.
I start mine with clarity.
Sunday evenings, I review goals, set priorities, and lock in my outcomes.

Clarity before motion. Always.

2. Plan My Days the Night Before

If you're waking up without a plan...
You’ll scroll. You’ll react. You’ll waste hours convincing yourself you’re “thinking.”

Now I end my day by writing the 2–3 things that must get done the next.
Next morning? No confusion. Just ex*****on.

3. Sleep by 10PM

Late nights used to feel productive.
Now I realize they were draining me.

No badge for working till 2AM and waking up foggy.
I guard my sleep like I guard my income.
Energy is a competitive advantage.

4. Wake Up at 4:30AM

There’s peace in being awake while the world’s still asleep.
No noise. No notifications. Just me, the silence, and the work.

I get more done between 4:30 and 8AM than most do all day.

5. DND is Almost Always On

My phone doesn’t control me.
Most messages can wait.
Distraction is too expensive when you’re building something real.

Boundaries = bandwidth.
And bandwidth = momentum.

No hacks. No complicated systems.
Just a handful of small shifts that helped me stop managing time like an amateur.

If you’re overwhelmed, tired, or stretched thin...

Don’t add more to your plate.
Start with these five.

Productivity is not about doing more.
It’s about removing noise so you can execute what matters.

The most successful people you know aren’t superhuman.
They’re just intentional.

You’re good at what you do… but you’re still underpaid.

Not because your skills aren’t valuable.
Not because there’s no demand for what you know.

But because you haven’t learned how to market and monetize it.

Here’s the hard truth most experts don’t want to hear:
You’re not broke because of your expertise.
You’re broke because you haven’t learned how to sell it.

There are two high-leverage skills every expert must master:

1. Build an Audience Around What You Know

If no one knows you exist, your expertise doesn’t matter.
You don’t need millions of followers.
You need the right people paying attention.

Your audience is your leverage.
They are your pipeline.
They are your proof of concept.
And they become your buyers if you know how to lead them.

2. Learn to Sell (Especially Your Knowledge)

Selling isn’t manipulation.
It’s communication + positioning + emotion.

And when you know how to sell...
You can turn your advice, your frameworks, your experience…
into books, programs, offers, retainers, licensing deals.

People who pay… pay attention.
They apply. They transform.
And they thank you for charging them.

So if you’re an expert in anything...
Tech, finance, fitness, writing, strategy, design...

And you’re not getting the financial results you want?

This is the game:
✅ Build attention
✅ Learn persuasion
✅ Package what you know
✅ Charge for transformation

Your expertise has value.
But it’s not the expert who gets paid.
It’s the expert who knows how to communicate that value at scale.

Master that?
Everything changes.
