On this day 45 years ago, Iron Pig entered the studio to record their second demo which catches the attention of influential metal deejays Neal Kay at the Soho Soundhouse and Nick London at the Winning Post in Twickenham. A track from their first demo is also chosen by groundbreaking metal journalist Geoff Barton as one of his tracks of the week in Sounds music paper.
