Born and raised in Hyderabad, Hazrat Khusro Hussaini followed in his father’s footsteps, dedicating his life to the spiritual and educational development of his community. He became the Sajjada Nasheen and Custodian of the Holy Shrine in 2007, a position he held with immense dedication until recently, when he entrusted the responsibility to his eldest son, Syed Shah Ali Hussaini.

The Funeral: A Final Farewell to a Respected Scholar
Hazrat Khusro Hussaini’s passing has drawn people from all walks of life to his residence, each paying their respects to the beloved Sufi scholar. His Namaz-e-Janaza (funeral prayer) is scheduled to be held on Thursday at Maghrib at Masjid-e-Burj, followed by his burial at the Dargah premises, a sacred place that has seen generations of devotees come to pay their respects.
