300ml Condensed Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/4 cup All purpose Flour
1/4 tsp. Salt

2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 cup Unsalted Butter, softened
1/2 cup White Sugar
2 Eggs
1 can 300ml Condensed Milk
1 tsp. Vanilla
1/2 cup to 1 cup Grated Cheese
2 to 3 tbsp. Ube Powder (i used Pureblends Ube Powder)
you can add violet food color to enhance the color
Bake in a preheated oven at 180C for 25 minutes
Yields: 12-15 pcs. 3oz cupcake
