When Charles Darwin published On the Origin of Species in 1859, it sent shockwaves through the intellectual world. Many believed that the long-standing mystery of human origins had finally been solved. Darwin’s theory went far beyond the boundaries of biology, profoundly shaping religion, philosophy, and political thought. Some even compared its impact to the scientific revolution brought about by the heliocentric model in the 18th century.
Today, Darwin’s theory—further reinforced by developments in genetics—is widely accepted as scientific orthodoxy. Yet, some fundamental questions remain unanswered: Why do fully formed species appear without evident transitional forms? Where are the so-called "missing links" in the evolutionary chain?
Although still a hypothesis, Darwinism began to shape social and political ideologies. Karl Marx famously praised the theory, believing it validated his materialist worldview. The idea of “survival of the fittest” also fueled concepts of racial superiority and discriminatory practices, eventually influencing N**i ideology and the eugenics movement. In such a framework, human beings are reduced to mere physical entities—devoid of spiritual essence or intrinsic value.
Master Ryuho Okawa writes:
“Darwin’s materialistic theory of evolution made Marx ecstatic. It provided the ideological foundation for communism and socialism, which eventually spread across the globe. Nietzsche proclaimed, ‘God is dead,’ and in His absence, elevated the concept of the ‘superman’—a notion that ultimately paved the way for Hi**er.

Through such analogies, Master Okawa underscores the implausibility of complex biological systems arising without intention or design—challenging the foundations of materialistic evolution.
🌟Darwin’s Fundamental Error: The Legitimization of Materialism
Darwin’s greatest mistake was granting scientific legitimacy to materialism. By portraying human beings as accidental byproducts of evolution from simple life forms like amoebas, he distorted the true nature of humanity. In doing so, he reduced the human experience to a random sequence of physical developments, devoid of spiritual significance.
Richard Dawkins and the Rise of DNA-Based Materialism
In recent decades, biologist Richard Dawkins has advanced this materialistic perspective with works such as The Selfish Gene, in which he argues that the essence of human life—and even the soul—is reducible to DNA. His views have not only reinforced materialism within scientific circles but have also fueled the rise of modern atheism, further distancing science from any notion of spiritual or metaphysical truth.
Master Okawa, however, offers a compelling counterargument:
“Regardless of whether you know about DNA or not, you cannot explain how a mechanism where humans bear babies, who then grow into adults, had long been established.”

🌟The Forgotten Evolutionist – Alfred Russel Wallace
Few people know that Charles Darwin was not the sole originator of the theory of evolution. A young naturalist named Alfred Russel Wallace independently arrived at a similar conclusion—possibly even before Darwin made his ideas public.
When Darwin read Wallace’s manuscript, he was reportedly stunned. Here was a clear articulation of a theory he had spent years developing. At the urging of mutual colleagues, both men presented their theories jointly. Yet over time, Darwin’s name eclipsed Wallace’s in the public consciousness.
One key reason for this erasure lies in Wallace’s spiritual beliefs. Unlike Darwin, Wallace was a committed spiritualist, a position that clashed with the increasingly materialistic outlook of the scientific establishment. His openness to the spiritual dimension led many in the scientific community to dismiss his work—pushing him into relative obscurity.
Master Okawa writes:

In this statement, Master Okawa highlights how the path of modern history might have diverged had Wallace’s spiritually-inclined interpretation of evolution gained prominence over Darwin’s materialistic view. The dominance of Darwinism, stripped of spiritual context, laid the ideological groundwork for atheistic regimes and the suppression of religious and moral values in society.

🌟Toward a New Science That Embraces Faith
Today, an alternative to Darwinism is gaining attention: Intelligent Design (ID) theory. Grounded in mathematics and probability, ID argues that life could not have emerged from inanimate matter by mere chance. Instead, some form of higher intelligence must have been at work.
Master Okawa affirms this idea:
“Every living thing exists with a clear purpose. You can see traces of design in all of creation.”
“If there was a blueprint, then someone must have drawn it. Who created the design that allows humans to live and function as we do? Certainly not dust blown by the wind.”
He goes on to challenge the plausibility of materialist explanations:
“The idea that proteins randomly formed in the primordial sea and evolved into humans is simply too much of a leap. The early Earth was a blazing, volcanic world—not a place where life could spontaneously arise.”
Even if bacteria had arrived on a meteorite from outer space, he argues, it is implausible to believe such primitive organisms could, through chance alone, evolve into complex beings like modern humans.
Thus, even if we acknowledge that some degree of evolution may have occurred, it must have happened under the guidance of purpose and intelligence. There must be a designer—a spiritual source behind it all.
🌟 Darwin’s Doubt and the End of Materialism
Darwin himself had studied theology in his youth. But after the tragic death of his 10-year-old daughter Anne, he turned toward agnosticism. This deep spiritual loss planted the seed of doubt that eventually grew into a theory that would shape generations.
According to spiritual testimony, Darwin is now said to reside in the “Abysmal Hell” in the spirit world—a realm of reflection, meant to prevent others from being misled by his materialistic ideas.
Master Okawa explains:
“Darwin was not necessarily a bad man, but within his ideas lay dangerous seeds. What they later produced—the denial of God—was no accident. He bears responsibility for that.”
He adds:

✨Spiritual Turning Point for Civilization
Following the 9/11 tragedy, Richard Dawkins published The God Delusion, blaming religion for much of humanity’s suffering. But has atheism fared any better? In its wake, haven’t we seen dictators who trample human rights in the name of reason and ideology?
In contrast, Master Okawa looked upon the same tragedy and came to a different conclusion:
“That’s why we need a new religion—one that reveals the true will of Heaven.”
He writes:
“The conflict we saw was rooted in outdated religions—Christianity and Islam—whose doctrines were born in different eras.
