It was not untill the Spring of 2008 when a large radio crew was formed in Thessaloniki giving birth to Paranoise Radio. Every single member of Paranoise is characterized by unquenchable thirst and passion for music! More or less we all support the view that music should make everyone feel like human rather than product. Using Internet, the most significant means of communication, gave us the oppo

rtunity to create an independent, alternative radio, whose aim is to promote contemporary urban music culture through communicating with our listeners. Paranoise Radio is made up of around 50 people at the moment, mainly broadcasting from Athens and Thessaloniki, as well as from other European cities such as London, Xanthi, Manchester, Berlin, Madrid, Copenhagen, Larissa, Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Drama, Brussels, Aalborg, Birmingham and Brighton. The combination of all these various personalities has given us the chance to widen the range of music that we choose to play, without however causing the radio to lose its identity. In other words, all the different genres of music that are broadcasted on Paranoise Radio are so carefully combined that the radio will always maintain its own distinctive sound!

At 18:00, Multimodality opens the night , not much is known, and that’s probably the point. At 20:00, aka SVT steps in with Savattical Sounds, transmitting bass-heavy textures and shape-shifting rhythms from Barcelona. Then at 22:00, GNNS [] and SigmaTheta [] take over with Error 404, a focused techno transmission from Chania. Raw, hypnotic, and deep in the flow.

At 17:00, Kirchoff opens with Cicadas: Global rhythms and psychedelic grooves meet contemporary electronics in a set that moves between worlds. At 21:00, Padaczka steps in with "No Safe Space", digging through the edges of DIY culture with instinctive genre-fluid selections. Closing at 22:00, Satanakey takes over with "Hi. I'm the lost mixtape" crossing sounds and moods to piece together stories that feel both found and imagined.
