This is one of my favourite videos I’ve ever edited – a 36-hour session at Alders Farm Fishery.

I absolutely loved spending time on the bank with my son , Jackson Wood.I can see how far he’s come, not just fishing-wise, but as a fantastic person, and yes he catches his PB.

A massive thanks goes to Trevor and Elliott for their hospitality.

What an amazing looking fish! Looks like it’s some sort of Koi Carp around 12lb - caught at Messingham Sands.

Fishing Alders Farm Fishery in Milton Keynes was an absolute pleasure. Jackson Wood caught his personal best with a massive 25lb 14oz Common Carp.

Over the summer holidays, Jackson has really improved his fishing skills and is always on the lookout for his next big catch. He’s taught me so much about Carp fishing over the past year and loved learning and fishing together. 🎣

Our young Carp Angler, Jackson Wood, is making the most of his summer holiday.

During a three-hour session at his local reservoir, Jackson caught a stunning 19lb 10oz Mirror Carp. He used his favourite hook bait a RH 15 m nutty bait wafter topped off with a piece of pink sweetcorn topper.

No stopping this lad! Well done, Jackson.
