End of another year.

As we near the end of 2025, I wanted to say a huge thank you for all your support this year.

Working in media at Garbolino has been such a privilege, especially with Darren Cox and Simon Fry. Working together on ideas and videos for our YouTube channel has been a blast—it’s honestly the best job ever! I get to fish, film and learn from the world’s finest anglers. We’ve got lots of exciting products coming out at Garbolino, and I can’t wait to share them with you next year. Keep an eye out!

I’m thrilled to keep working with Bait-Tech for another year. Their bait selection is top-notch, and I’m eagerly looking forward to introducing you to new products like the Sprinkles, twister wafters and the upcoming N-hance ground bait. A huge thank you to Chris and the entire team at Donald Cooke for all your support.

On a personal note, I’ve spent more time fishing with Jackson. With his own YouTube channel Big Fish Angling, Jackson has truly grown and is becoming increasingly confident in filming and creating videos. He’s determined to catch the Big Belly Mirror, and I’m certain he’ll achieve it this year. I can’t wait to witness his next fishing adventure.

I’ve also had the pleasure of appearing in videos and magazine features for Garbolino and Bait-Tech. Working with top anglers across the country has been a real joy, and I’m excited to film again next year.

And not forgetting my good mate Alan Norrish……. Having our laughs on and off the bank and finishing the year off with our podcast talking all things fishing, I believe me and Alan was trailblazers in our in the Van fishing podcast all them years ago and a lot of big companies had followed suit.

Finally, I want to express my heartfelt thanks to all my BagUpTV subscribers and supporters for your love and encouragement. Watching each video I’ve created this year has been incredibly meaningful, and I’m truly grateful for your support. With over 9.1 million views, I’m still amazed!

I genuinely hope the new year brings even more success and happiness. Let’s continue fishing, bagging and having an amazing time together!

During the school’s summer holiday of 2025, Jackson Wood decided to embark on a campaign at the mysterious Reservoir. My goal was to catch a specific fish that I had named the “Big Belly Mirror.”

I would visit the Reservoir whenever I had the chance, putting in maximum effort to try and catch my dream fish.
