📍 A400M Navigates Mach Loop — I Didn't Expect the Traffic Ahead

Lucas capturing an awesome A400M flying low through the Mach Loop — but what I didn't expect was the traffic up ahead! 😮

The pilots clearly had it under control, but I didn't hear anything coming… being deaf in my left ear makes it tough to catch sounds like that, which added to the surprise. You'll see exactly what I mean in the video!

🏍️💨 First Time at Monster Mountain Mx – and Definitely Not the Last! 💨🏍️

I honestly don’t know why it’s taken me this long… Maybe the roar of motocross bikes has been echoing in my veins all along – a sound I grew up with thanks to my dad, a retired bike mechanic. Last night, I finally made the trip to Monster Mountain Mx, and wow – what a rush! 🔥

Sure, it's a bit different from photographing fighter jets – these machines are smaller, a lot slower, and slightly closer to the ground 😅 – but the thrill of capturing speed, precision, and power is the same.

📸 The light wasn’t ideal, I'm kind of used to that, with the weather conditions normally at the Mach Loop.

I couldn’t resist getting a little trigger happy with the camera. Here's just a small handful of the shots I captured – more to come once I recover from sorting through the hundreds of frames. 😂

Spent the day on Spur yesterday, the first time on there for well over a year, I certainly forgot how good a spot it is, especially when the frontline aircraft drop in to a bit of low level training through the Mach Loop.

Nice to see a Heron chilling out local to me.
It got some battle scars on it's one foot though, as you can see in the images below.
