We are offering permanent work-from-home positions for our healthcare voice account, while non-voice roles will be onsite. These positions are available starting in August onwards. We are looking to hire:
- 3,000 agents: 1,000 for voice and 2,000 for back office (non-voice)
- 125 SMEs (Subject Matter Experts)
- 25-30 Team Leads (TLs)
- 50 trainers
For the work-from-home setup, the company will provide equipment.
