So far the response has been fantastic on the new Babylon A.D. A lot of excitement and anticipation. Along with some positive reviews.

Not to mention a few firsts for us. First, the pre-orders crashed our website, and we have a good amount of bandwidth on our server. Even our hosting company was a bit surprised. So we were a bit shocked when that happened. Now we have another new first.

We are SOLD OUT of the first pressing! You heard us...! SOLD OUT, and before we even received them in stock!!! Again, this is a pleasant surprise. We couldn't thank all of our loyal customers, and new found ones for the awesome support you have shown for this awesome band! This is certainly an indication that the band is got lighting in the bottle with this one . We can't wait to see what the year brings both band and label

Wha? You think that was it?!?!? Well we got some more for you!

We are very happy to announce and welcome to the Kivel Recordsfamily a new addition of talented individuals. We have always prided ourselves here at Kivel that, although we may be pigeonhole to a particular beloved style and genre of music. We strive to make our inner ranks as diverse as possible within the confines of that genre. While some of our bands may be edgier than some, ranging from attitude, to sleaze to anthem etc. All of our bands are not far removed from each other. Where as for the last 27 years, our loyal customer base is often given a healthy helping of variation from our menu of music.

So, with THAT all said. We couldn't be happier by adding another feather to our cap. One that will help shape 2025 as being another banner year for us. So PLEASE welcome to the stable,
BAD MATRIX !!

For fans of AOR, BON JOVI and some MR BIG influences. This is a band that is the perfect album for cruising around with the top down. Guitarist - Rob Sas has a very tasty guitar sound, while lead vocalist Zinny Zalesky is reminiscent of a young Jon Bon Jovi. Making the two a blissful pairing of melodic rock . Both of whom are backed by a tight and proficient band of notable stellar musicians - Phil Crombie Bass, Paul Morris Keyboards, and Paul Mallyon Drums.

Together they are BAD MATRIX and their album, DANGEROUS GAME drops Oct 1st on Kivel Records

This album has been a long time coming! We have injected new life into these songs, and I think the results have worked out really well. I’m genuinely surprised at how some of the songs have changed and gained a new identity beyond their origins. I’m hoping that listeners will enjoy the album as much as we did laboring over it.
