Like several others, I’m no longer at WBAL Radio. It was an honor and a privilege to grace the airwaves these last four years.

Thank you to everyone who ever tuned in, sent me a text, or called the show — even the ones who got mad at me because we didn’t agree! You’re all appreciated. Tough day in the business.

I recognized the power of the microphone and tried to respect it. I never wanted to use a platform like that to bully or harass anyone. Our differences make us who we are, and there’s such a thing as respectful disagreement! Some of my best days were the ones where people from all sides of the political spectrum were mad at me. But as long as it’s respectful, we can have dialogue.

One thing about me — I care about people. People matter way more to me than politics, any day of the week.

Keep my co-workers in your prayers, as well as our friends at WMAR who met this same fate just a week ago.

Onward and upward! Thanks to everyone who played a role in OUR successful show.

It’s been fun, but I gotta run! (And like Arnold said, “I’ll be back!”)

And just like that I dropped the kid off and picked the kid up from middle school for the final time 😢😢. Where has time gone?? What a ride it has been. I earned my additional gray hairs, but I’m so proud of my little big fella. Onto high school. As I told him this morning, “Enjoy the moment because when it’s over, it’s over!” Congrats, son!
