Goa New Year's Album! 🤩 I'm kicking off the photo dump trend, but I'm calling it an Album instead! 😂 Starting the year in a secluded Goan spot is surreal! I began with art, crafting a lighthouse that morning - it felt amazing! South Goa has so much to offer! I shared this adventure with incredible people, had deep conversations, and loads of laughter! We even made plans to visit Vantara when it opens for public!😂

And, of course, we took two ocean dips! I learned to let go and float - what a rush! This first post of 2026 marks the beginning of a year filled with wild experiences!

I have been really enjoying clicking photos on film lately! Everywhere I go I carry it with me these days! Such a beautiful feeling to see the images develop into a version you never thought of. The randomness of the grains, film distortion. Excited to show you guys what I clicked on my film camera on my trip to UK!
Spoiler alert: Kashmir trip I had 1 roll this trip I have 4! 🙌.

What do you think happens when you can control your mind?

The answer for most might be, We make better decisions, become more mature towards how we see life and don't let other people affect our mental health. Right?

You'd be lying if you say you don't overthink! Everyone does! There is no measure of how much a person overthinks because it all depends on what you are going through! These reasons range from career problems to relationship problems. We all have been there!
I sat down and wrote out a few exercises I do to reduce overthinking!
1. Write about it!
2. Spend time with friends and family and talk about the thing I am overthinking about!
3. Divert me to my main mission!
4. Watch some Movies!
5. Resolve the issue if it is related to a specific person!
