The edition features a new exclusive afterword by Donald Sturrock, and over 48 illustrations by Quentin Blake.

The Artist edition dust jacket features a new piece of artwork by Gris Grimly commissioned exclusively for this edition. A foldout of the artwork is included in the Numbered and Lettered editions.

ARTIST EDITION
The Artist edition is limited to 500 copies with a dust jacket illustrated by Gris Grimly. It is a full cloth binding with a foil blocked front cover. Endsheets are Takeo Tant Select, a unique double-sided embossed paper, and the edition is housed in a cloth covered slipcase. It is printed by offset lithography on Cougar Vellum paper, and is signed by Gris Grimly. We have some exciting announcements to share with you today:

• Our next book is being revealed TOMORROW, Thursday, May 15 at 9 a.m. PT, and the Artist edition will be available to pre-order immediately upon announcement. If there are any Lettered or Numbered editions available following the Matching Pre-Order, depending on quantities these copies will be available for purchase either by lottery or directly through the online store beginning on Saturday, May 17 at 9 a.m. PT.

• This book will be published in three states: a Lettered edition of 26 copies, a Numbered edition of 250 copies and an Artist edition of 500 copies. This is a sequel to a book we previously published that was very popular with our customers. The Artist edition is our standard state which includes a dust jacket featuring a newly commissioned illustration by an award winning artist. The Numbered edition is a fun binding. Something a little different. The Lettered edition utilizes a cover material we have used only once before. The designer for this book did a phenomenal job with the interior design featuring over 48 pieces of artwork spread throughout the book in color. It makes for a very engaging design. This has been a very fun project and we are looking forward to sharing it with you. All states of the book are now printed and are in early stages of binding.

• Some shipping and production updates: Since the last broadcast, we shipped four Lettered editions: KIN, "BORN OF MAN AND WOMAN," SWAN SONG and THE GODFATHER. Next up will likely be the Numbered editions of BOY'S LIFE and TO KILL A MOCKINGBIRD.

Had the pleasure of attending the opening of Ed Binkley's solo exhibition at Copro Gallery in Santa Monica, California featuring all of the original artwork from our edition of Swan Song by Robert McCammon.

Last October, we held a Treasure Hunt contest with an incredible grand prize: a paid trip to California, including a tour of Suntup Bindery, a visit to Disneyland, a stop at our shipping warehouse, dinner with Paul Suntup, and $250 cash for incidentals.

This past Friday, our grand prize winner, Jonathan Polk, and his wife, Katie, made their much-anticipated visit! They spent the day with Paul, touring our shipping warehouse, home office, and bindery. We even found time for a quick trip to the beach! The adventure continued the next day as they enjoyed a magical day at Disneyland.

A fantastic time was had by all, and we were thrilled to share this experience with them!
