We had another scammer trying to convince people they won Halsey tickets today. There were only 4 winners, and those winners did not have to click an outside link to claim their prize.

It has come to our attention that someone has copied (or cloned) our page, and contacted several listeners pretending to be us, asking for personal information. Please know we would NEVER ask you to click an outside link to enter personal information. And we would NEVER ask you for credit card numbers. If this happens, please report them immediately to us and to Facebook.

Each day, during the Coffee Pot giveaway, we ask the winner to send us a private message with their mailing address only. And that is to mail your prize to you. No other information is necessary. (If you win concert tickets, we'll ask for slightly more information, like email in order to get your concert tickets sent to you.) Please be vigilant and if you did accidentally give out credit card or debit card information, contact your financial institution and have your card replaced.

I'm sorry. It seems there's always someone out there trying to ruin our fun! Let's not let them! Stay vigilant for scams and please let us know immediately if someone ever asks you for things like credit card numbers or social security numbers. Again, sorry the internet is full of predators.

Mandy here. With the regular baseball season underway, I'm curious to know if you're a Boston Red Sox fan? Are you a fan of a different team? Or do you not follow baseball at all?

Personally, I'm a passive fan at best. If they make it to the World Series, I'll pay attention. Otherwise, I'm not invested. I remember some great players and plays (in 2013, Game 6 of the World Series, the Cardinals had a chance to pickle Ellsbury, and they totally failed - link to video in the comments).

Today's topic: Favorite bird?

Mandy here. It's a running joke that people suddenly start bird-watching in their 40s... but I think it might be true. All of a sudden, I'm trying to figure out WHICH bird is at the feeder. It's kinda funny.

Anyway, whether it's a Maine bird, or a bird from away, do you have a favorite? Mine are Mourning Doves. They remind me of my grandparents' camp in Franklin. I used to spend a full week there in the summer, and in the quiet calm of both morning and evenings, you could hear their calls. I love that sound!
