Due to the departure of concept creator Bless, THE MOB is now off air after over 3 years of broadcast. In saying that, Sensei Mitch is doing his own program "SAY MORE RADIO" to take its spot every Tuesday nights, 7PM - 8PM

Tonight 6-8PM (Sydney Time), The MOB Radio Show is on!
Maestro Oliver and Sensei Mitchell will play mojonised (rearranged) music, mash-ups by DJ's, and original indie music.
After 6PM will will play The KUMPNEE's new song, "Shoot! Baby" and after the 7PM news, we will play The KUMPNEE's "2BUX". We will also play a new song submission from a Brit-rock/garage band, ARC - their song, "This Appeared From Me".

I was really excited. Jimmy Pimentel, himself part of a Guinness world record by refereeing 45 of a 120 round boxing match by Anglican priest Father Dave Smith, had organised a meeting between Australia’s Sikaran Arnis Master Jessie Diestro and the USA’s Balintawak Arnis Grandmaster Bobby Taboada.

Sometimes it is very difficult to Tolerate things that upset us.
We have a tendency to tie our emotions to them.

We fail to realise that there is a choice as to what happens to us. We only
feel upset because we choose to be.

Just as easily as you choose to be upset,
you can choose otherwise ----- not to be upset and Tolerate the challenge before you.

Practice being Tolerant during April
and you will be a better person by the end of April.
