This year has had such an incredible start! 🌺

With the presence of the summer season, there is often an array of activities, adventures, and social gatherings. Last year, we had a quiet and family oriented summer, and it was filled with love and calm. This year has been filled with more adventure, more connections with our outer circle and it feels like we have really been filling our cups.

We still have a few getaways planned and a few more hiking and camping trips. What a place we are lucky enough to call home. There is so much to see and even better to do it all with gorgeous weather and people 🫶🦋

I am obsessed with my kids, my partner, our family, and being a mother 🦋

I genuinely feel so much gratitude every day that I have all that I have.

We aren't the most popular, stylish, adventurous, or talented. But we are our own kind of people and I love that about us.

Not every day is amazing, of course, and we take the emotional downloads, frustrations, and learning as it comes.

But far out, I feel so lucky to be living my dream life with my people by my side 🌸

Postpartum feels 🌿

The cozy nest of postpartum is easing away now that Maggie is hitting the 6-month mark this week 🩷

Got a little bit of film developed from this time, and I love seeing glimpses of what was. I love the newborn phase, how it creates such a sense of togetherness, growth & insane amounts of love.

It's been so incredible welcoming our little Maggie into our whanau.
