This Tormore 26 year bottled by was one I had been holding on to for a few months. I didn’t know when to break it open, until I finally decided it needed to be done. It was a lot more ashey than I expected. Based on the color I thought it was going to be sweeter. I enjoyed it though. I definitely would pair this with a cigar or while having ribs.

Double Wheat combines two of Old Elk’s most beloved and awarded wheater whiskeys: Old Elk Straight Wheat Whiskey and Old Elk Wheated Bourbon Straight Bourbon Whiskey. Thus creating an entirely unique pour. This is a merger for the more, yielding a higher proof (107.1) and a brighter profile whiskey in which a whole new category begs to be crafted.

released two expressions earlier this month, the bonded and triple mashed.
Shown here: The Jack Daniel’s Bonded Tennessee Whiskey is Bottled-in-Bond, aged in select barrels for added depth and character. At 100 proof, the flavor delivers layered notes of caramel, rich oak, and spice giving way to a pleasantly lingering finish.
Its a higher proof version of the Old Number 7 we all know… which really makes the flavors pop!

is hands down a wealth of knowledge and experience in the industry. So honored to have finally met him in person. We had met virtually via IG Live when he invited me on aa his guest in October 2020. I cant say enough how blown away I was at the fact that his Spanish is probably better than mine! Cheers!

What a fabulous evening last night! We got to taste three unique cask bottlings, my favorite was the 1992 28 year PX cask 🤩. Though the drams were fabulous, meeting , & & was a highlight for me! It was also so great to chat with , who was kind enough to include me 🤩… definitely a memorable night!

Celebrating with Pot Still Irish Whiskey! ☘️ 🥃
This is bottled 274, batch 2, cask 2, tree.
I find this particular bottling slightly more peppery than the previous and it’s enjoyable like all expressions from this distillery!

A little 🍀 🍏 💚 on this whiskey Wednesday before Saint Patrick’s Day! As many of you already noticed, I enjoy several whiskies from , and Jack Daniels Tennessee Apple 🍏, is one that I recently enjoyed. It’s made with real apples and blended with Old No 7. It’s not overly sweet, as I thought it would be!
