2025 Highlights

The 2025 Baton of Hope Torbay - The UKs largest su***de prevention initiative came to Torbay on 30th September 2025 .

Great to work with Rachel , Nate, Helen, Karen, lou, Matt, Chris , Luke, Kirk and loads more on such an amazing day . And collaborate with Jamie Hobbis on Drone, film degree students from South Devon College and part of the media team from Sound Communities CIC in capturing the day on film / photos .

The first five episodes of our new Christie Confidential series is now on our YouTube channel and available to view for free.

The series features short interviews with our guest speakers at the Festival and is ideal for those who see unable to join us or indeed those who were there.

In the first episodes we chat to Sophie Hannah, Lucy Foley, Vaseem Khan, Laura Thompson and David Brawn.

The film is Directed by John Tomkins - co Produced by Friends of Devon's Archives, Devon in the 20s Festival, Emberlense Productions and Devon Heritage Trust.
