Giving up Alcohol & detoxing your body takes time, love & patience. It’s never easy but it’s all about you !! You learn so much about things you missed out on, maybe passed up or never had any interest in trying.

As I always say, do what works for YOU!! What maybe worked for everyone around you or was suggested is just not for you & that’s ok !!

Balancing the process of eliminating toxins mentally, emotionally, spiritually & physically has been a challenge but wouldn’t trade it for nothing !! There’s no wrong way to learn what work for you !! There’s no race to the finish line & when you’re done at the end of the day, be proud of where you are & not where you were.

Keeping fresh fruit in the freezer for your Mocktails makes it so much more fun to make, taste & share !!

When I make these I always like to “muddle” my herbs with a little fruit !! It adds so much more flavor, smells amazing & adds color, throw it right into the glass you will be using & then add the rest of your ingredients!!

Always remember there is no wrong way to make these, use what you love or explore with your own twist !! That’s the beauty of it !!

One of our favorite perks being sober is being able to do the things we thought would never happen or maybe we thought we could never be worthy enough.

Detroit Pistons has ALWAYS been my favorite team, I would watch every game growing up thinking how cool would it be to to actually go to a game ?!

This was a DREAM for me & we had so much FUN!! I had all the Diet Coke I wanted with endless snacks, 15 rows up from from the court & I woke up feeling amazing!!
