We spent a day with Bella Middleton, the wonderful founder of Norfolk Natural Living, and were lucky enough to film in her beautiful Georgian home.

This time we stayed in a 17th century Welsh mill cottage, tucked away in a peaceful corner of the countryside.

With thick lime washed walls, antique linens, a canopy bed, a wood burning stove and even the original millstone, this place truly felt like stepping into another time.

We filmed every detail, from the cosy living room to the garden and even made Welsh cake in the kitchen. Enjoy!

2025 marks a special year: It will be Jane Austen's 250th birthday in December and there are events all year round. Last weekend we visited Jane Austen's House in the beautiful village of Chawton in rural Hampshire (we have been several times and can so recommend it). Since our last visit the brand Hamilton Weston which is specialised in recreating historic wallpaper have launched a Jane Austen House Collection and you can find the wallpaper in this beautiful cottage where Jane wrote her 6 famous novels.
We will show you the wallpaper and give you a tour of the cottage and the village Chawton of course:

Happy New Year everyone!
We hope you all had a good start into 2025! We spent New Years' Eve at home in Germany, just chilled, enjoying a scrumptious Raclette. Having Lotta, my dad's cocker spaniel in our family is such a joy. It was the second Christmas and New Years' Eve without my beloved mother and it's still so difficult. Lotta seems just like what the doctor ordered. She is so precious and beautiful! Sending you all lots of love.
