**Hyrox Málaga was the first big test before Barcelona!**

After 12 weeks of run-focused training, I wasn’t sure what to expect—I was worried I’d lost too much strength and wouldn’t be able to move the sleds. Luckily, they moved just fine! But my run pace took a serious hit afterward.

The plan for **Hyrox Barcelona** is crystal clear: **build more leg strength while maintaining my run pace.** The new goal? **Sub 1h 15’—let’s go!**

**Another Year, Another Personal Best!**

As I approach my 40s, I find myself enjoying every race more than ever. My 30s have been far more challenging than my 20s—life has thrown its share of curveballs, and my fitness journey has had its highs and lows. But through it all, I never gave up. Training has become more than just a routine; after more than two decades, it’s part of who I am.

I know I’ll never stand on the podium or take home a trophy. But that was never the goal. Like so many out there, I train for myself—to push my limits, to see what potential still lies within me. And now, more than ever, I’m proving to myself that I’m capable of more than I ever imagined.

The greatest reward? Watching my daughter follow in my footsteps, building a foundation for her own health and future. Knowing that my journey is inspiring hers gives me even more motivation to keep chasing my best self.

Next up: **Hyrox Malaga.** The race continues!

There was something very special about being in Sparta.

It’s hard to describe, the weight of history is palpable.

Competing against the best in the world 🌍 was a privilege and actually doing better than expected was just a feeling of pride and joy!

First Hyrox Pro is in the books 🏃🏻‍♂️

Nothing about the race was ideal, hadn’t fully recovered from being sick and apparently it was a very slow course but I gave it everything that was available in the tank that day 🔋 Just happy I actually got to do it and enjoy it. 😊

Very impressed with all the people hitting the floor and getting some amazing times on the board.👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

Huge shout out to .co for kicking ass and getting 3rd place 🥉
And to my and for not being able to pull a sled, even if his life depended on it 😜

Spartan Beast Andorra 🇦🇩

The plan was to qualify for Spartan World Championship and doing it in Andorra with a sub 5h time I could not be happier!
