7 Years. 1 Dream. Countless Lessons. Infinite Gratitude.

Exactly 7 years ago, I took a leap of faith with a 200 sq. ft. space, a laptop, and a vision that was way bigger than my resources.

Today, as turns 7, I’m filled with nothing but gratitude and pride.

What started as a solo hustle has grown into a full-fledged team of warriors, problem solvers, creators, and believers — each one contributing to what we’ve built together.

We’ve had our fair share of late nights, tight deadlines, client wins, rejections, pivots, and breakthroughs. But every single moment was worth it.

7 years =
✅ Thousands of happy clients
✅ Lakhs of successful campaigns
✅ Countless coffees & brainstorming marathons
✅ Unforgettable lessons in leadership and trust

But above all, this journey has been about people.

A heartfelt shoutout to Pratibha GC— my constant since Day 1. In a world where loyalty is rare and consistency even rarer, you’ve been both. You’ve believed in the mission when it was just an idea, and stood tall through every high and low.

And to every team member, client, partner, and well-wisher who’s been part of this rollercoaster — thank you for trusting us, for pushing us to be better, and for helping us grow.

Year 7 is not a finish line — it’s a pitstop.
We’re just getting started.
Here’s to:
✨ Bigger dreams
✨ Bolder risks
✨ Better systems
✨ And being obsessed with delivering value

Let’s continue to build. Let’s continue to evolve.

If ambition had a toolkit, this would be it!

Founder mode- always on ✅

1. Ideas that don’t just scale, they soar
2. Devices that blink more than I do
3. A pen that seals dreams into deals
4. Chai, because neend ka dushman, productivity ka dost
5. That key? It unlocks more than just doors

Here’s to building not just brands, but legacies!

What’s in your founder starter kit?

Ps:- Childhood me would be freaking out right now!🤓

From Childhood Dream to Reality – The Ride of a Lifetime! 🔥

As a kid, I remember watching those sleek sports bikes zoom past me, leaving nothing but a roar and a dream in my heart. One day, I told myself, I’ll own one. Not just any bike, but a . It wasn’t just about the speed or the machine, it was about what it represented.

Success, Hard work and Growth !!

Fast forward to 2025, new milestones, new beginnings, and a new chapter as a married man. And now, here I am, finally fulfilling that childhood dream. This isn’t just a bike; it’s a reminder of the journey, the hustle, and the belief that every effort pays off.

They say lady luck plays a role in success, and I couldn’t agree more. Ever since marriage, life has been nothing short of incredible, personally and professionally. Maybe it’s the balance, maybe it’s the support, or maybe… it’s just destiny aligning the right way.

For anyone chasing a dream, big or small - keep going. Keep grinding. Because one day, you’ll look back and realize you turned your ‘someday’ into today.

Here’s to more roads to conquer, more dreams to chase, and more milestones to achieve!

𝐖𝐡𝐲 𝐁𝐞𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐅𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐄𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐲𝐞𝐞𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐭𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐬 🤜🏻🤛🏻

As a leader, one of the biggest lessons I’ve learned is that employees don’t just work for paychecks, they work for people who care about them. And while professionalism is crucial, so is being approachable and human.

Here’s the truth: A friendly work environment is not just a “nice-to-have” it’s a game-changer.

Think about it: When your team feels comfortable around you, they’re more likely to open up, share ideas, and even tell you about problems before they escalate. And that’s when real growth happens for them and for your business.

Balancing being a boss and a friend means listening without judgment, celebrating wins big or small, giving honest yet kind feedback, and showing genuine care beyond work. At the same time, clear boundaries ensure professionalism and focus on results. It’s about building trust while driving growth together.

At Advertising 360, I’ve seen firsthand how fostering a positive and friendly environment boosts not just morale but also productivity and retention. People don’t leave companies, they leave toxic environments. A little kindness and connection can make all the difference.

𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐭𝐨𝐥𝐝 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐮𝐠𝐠𝐥𝐞𝐬 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐮𝐧𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚 𝐒𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭𝐮𝐩 𝐀𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: 𝐋𝐞𝐬𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐬 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐓𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐡𝐞𝐬!!

Starting an agency feels exciting the big ideas, the creative work, and the potential to make an impact. But behind the scenes, it’s a tornado of challenges, sleepless nights, and lessons learned the hard way.

Here’s a glimpse of what running a startup agency like has taught me:

1. 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Every client has big dreams and sometimes even bigger demands. Balancing their vision with what’s realistic is tricky. I remember a client who wanted a huge campaign in half the time we’d normally take. We pulled it off but realized later that we needed to set better boundaries. Communication and setting clear expectations are everything.

2. 𝐒𝐜𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐈𝐬 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐞𝐫 𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐭 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐬
Growth is exciting, but scaling comes with its struggles. It’s not just about taking on more clients, it’s about ensuring your processes and team can keep up. Early on, we struggled to handle the workload until we streamlined operations and learned the value of automation and delegation.

3. 𝐁𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐓𝐞𝐚𝐦
Finding people who align with your vision is one of the biggest challenges. It took time to build a team that’s not only skilled but also passionate about what we do. Today, I’m grateful for a team that works as hard as I do to bring our client’s visions to life.

4. 𝐖𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐲 𝐇𝐚𝐭𝐬
In the early days, you do it all, sales, strategy, admin, and even cleaning up the office after hours. It’s overwhelming, but it teaches you flexibility. Prioritizing and outsourcing when you can is the key to surviving this phase.

5. 𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐄𝐦𝐨𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐨𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐫 𝐂𝐨𝐚𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫
Some days feel like a win, while others make you question everything. It’s part of the process. What keeps me going is remembering why I started and seeing the impact our work makes on clients and the team.

The struggles have shaped me and .in into what we are today, a team that’s passionate about driving results for businesses.
