Kiddo Chicago-area electronic music DJ & vocalist for 20 years. She is also a mom and a junior high school library media specialist.

Co-founder of Walking and Falling, a DJ Workshop & Mentoring program for women and nonbinary music enthusiasts. A DJ for 18 years, Kiddo is a Chicago-based vinyl enthusiast that favors most current and classic techno, electro, and house music. She considers herself lucky to have DJed in many cities across the U.S. and also in a few international locales. In 2017, Kiddo co-founded the Walking and F

alling mentoring and workshop program for woman-identifying and nonbinary music enthusiasts. She enjoys sharing her love of DJing and music with others through delivering workshops, mentoring, and teaching private lessons. Influenced by the sounds of Berlin, Detroit, and Chicago, Kiddo's style is a melding of numerous genres of current and classic techno and house music. Her sets may range anywhere from deep house to more dark and sinister techno. Lately she's been moving the dance floors with seamless techno mixes and the occasional jackin' house cut thrown in for good measure. She is known for her enthusiasm behind the turntables, connecting with the dance floor through the combination of a charismatic smile and energetic mixing.

In 2 weeks we celebrate 8 years of our mentor program Walking and Falling with another free DJ workshop for women and nonbinary music enthusiasts and a sweer after party, this time at one of our favorite spots in the city ! Workshop is from 7-9pm, After party follows from 9-2am.

Cleveland!! Thank you so much for a fun weekend. We had a wonderful turnout for our FREE Walking and Falling workshop and a fabulous after-workshop event, both hosted by Deep Field in partnership with Cleveland's own Hush, our hostess with the mostess. Working with entirely women-owned, women-led, and women-operated teams makes the whole damn thing feel extra special. 💥🤘
