I've been reflecting on my evolution over the past five years as I embark on a significant new chapter with Flow Network. It's incredible to review all that has transpired since Flow Network first began.

Today, I feel called to share a video and post from way back then.

2019:
A few weeks before I moved to Toronto into Flow Network Studios, I met up with Jordan Lindo for an in-flow catch-up and a creative day in downtown Burlington. Jordan had been instrumental at the start of my previous network, and it was serendipitous that he was available at the launch of the new brand. We captured some great photos and recorded an episode on his podcast, all during my big jump from my hometown, Burlington.

Transitions & Expansion are rarely as seamless or polished as social media often portrays. There’s something truly heartwarming about seeing holistic and authentic leaders in business, health, relationships, finance, and entrepreneurship share their genuine stories. They’re engaging in difficult conversations and exploring our present and future in a grounded, grassroots, ‘new earth’ kind of way.

After months of caregiving and navigating the challenges of Sharon's illness, Tim's wife and our beloved business partner, we found ourselves in need of rejuvenation and perspective. With profound acceptance of her passing, we embraced the peace it brought, knowing she was finally free from pain.
Taking a cue from life's twists and turns, we made the decision to take a year off to contemplate the next phase of our business by hitting the open road in our new RV. Little did we know that this idea would lead us to such profound revelations and newfound clarity.

Join us as we share the stories and insights that unfolded during this first-ever RV road trip experience. From the simple joys of nature to the deepening of our bond as partners, each moment became a stepping stone toward personal growth and recovery.

Sharing the this episode today in Honour of Fred Prack who passed away a few weeks ago and his service being held today in Toronto.

Fred was hugely influential to Sharon & Tim as well myself (Sara).

Tim and I have been deeply saddened by the news of his sudden passing.

Fred, your legacy strong, your light aglow,
In every gentle whisper, in every flow.
