If you’re on Sourdough TikTok, you’ve seen the croissant loaf

You make your normal sourdough loaf and then during stretch and folds, you add in butter

It’s so perfect, this would make a great breakfast sandwich

Things I’ve leaned while making sourdough brown sugar cinnamon poptarts:

1. I do not have enough patience
2. Flour everything first
3. Pancake syrup and maple syrup are not the same thing (maple is superior)

Anyone else’s love language acts of service? I love making bread and being able to share that with my family is the best. I made this Italian Parmesan oval today and they had it gone within minutes (even though it got a little toasty on top)
