Tried 2 new things today ✨

- pretzel loaf: a regular sourdough loaf bathed in baking soda topped with pretzel salt

- double pan method: placing 2 bread pans on top of each other

One of my regulars, always asks for his loaves sliced so I make the top extra crusty. Adding extra steam prior to baking, gets the crust those perfect bubbles
