History: Edge of Society Productions, LLC got it's start over a decade ago while at a rock concert. I had connected with a guy who was filming the bands that night. While I thought it was uncommon and maybe even a bit strange I also thought it was a novel idea. Fast forward a year to when I bought my first camcorder - a Sony Handycam - and hit the road with that guy to a festival where we'd be abl
e to film numerous bands. What followed for me was a trail of compliments by fellow fans, friends and even bands themselves. Some even saying, "what you do with one camera is better than I've seen on actual band-released DVDs". Still, it wasn't until eight years had passed of filming bands at various shows that I stepped up and filmed bands as a means to help them promote themselves and get closer to the stage action and even behind the scenes. A lot of time and patience had to take place before I could justifiably take the next step of purchasing serious pro-grade gear and actively pursue this as a career. And that's where we're at now. Networking has joined us together with other talented people who we trust and can bring additional gear to meet the needs of your show. Rock and roll is an unscripted and unpredictable chaos (on a good night!) and you need someone you can trust to get all the action on film. We're not "Uncle Bob". We're here for the long run. And that can only happen if you are satisfied with our service. I will pull the plug and call it a day when those compliments steadily cease.
