On November 8th from noon to 4:00 p.m., we will be hosting an Indigenous Artisans' Market here at the library in partnership with the Peace River Aboriginal Interagency Committee and Aspenroad Resources. Browse the work of local Indigenous artisans and crafters in time for the upcoming holiday season. Find the perfect gift and support local Indigenous creators.

Do you know a teen interested in theatre arts? Our Performing Arts Club is back for another school year and open to teens ages 13 to 18. Last year our teen performers learned monologues, the differences between stage and screen acting, mime, juggling, improv, circus arts, and more! Join us for another exciting year inspiring young performers on Tuesdays from 3:45 to 4:45 PM start in November. It's the workshop series for kids led by kids - Kids Skill Sharing & Leadership Group is back for a new session! On November 7th from 1:30-3:00 PM, join budding chef Birch as he teaches kids to roll delicious vegetable sushi. This workshop is open to ages 5 and up, but all participants will need a parent to assist and a waiver is required. The cost for this workshop is $5 per child and can be paid on the day of the workshop. Of the 15,000 issues printed, 12,500+ are direct-mailed to residents, homeowners and businesses in Northwestern Alberta.
