Whats good people! Back on Subcity Radio tonight at 9pm celebrating a year of 199X Radio! Gotta say a huge thanks to everyone who listened and got involved with the show over the last year, we've had such a sick time speaking to some of the artists who we admire so much. Finding out first hand how welcoming and humble these guys are is very inspirational and really represents the greatness of underground independent hip hop. Yo! We're back on Subcity tonight at 9pm, our first show of 2016 freshly stocked with a bag of heavy artillery! We received another extremely special delivery today from an artist called 4th Quarter who we've loved for years now but simply could not get a hold of his records, with rumours of extortionate price tags when they rarely appear. After a long time searching we managed to track him down online and he hooked us up with personalised copies of each of his EPs for a ridiculously fair price. This year is already proving to be sick for the collections between this and the Ill Ko records we got last week! Really looking forward to having them both on the show in the future soon to find more out about them and these special records. But yeah tune in later for the usual slice of dope records and exciting news regarding upcoming shows!

Happy new year and thanks to everyone who got involved with the show last year. Unfortunately we haven't had time to prepare anythin tonight but will be back in 2 weeks kickin off 2016 with plenty of underground heat and loads of dope interviews lined up. Today we got some special slabs through the post, a very rare gem that we've been on the hunt for a long time. Through online pursuits for the show we stumbled across Ill Ko Rob and he hooked us up with copies for a ridiculously fair price considering what these go for. Coming across people like Rob and all the others we have interacted with through the show is fascinating and to see how dedicated to the music they are and humbled by the continued appreciation of their records is amazing. We're so buzzin to add these to our collections and cant wait to speak to him on the show soon. Heavy rotation!
