Long time since I’ve written here. I hope you are all doing well! I feel like i am coming out of my own grave with the cooler weather. Its been a rough summer and hoping the spooky season will rejuvenate me.
Already deep into the season catching up on some movies i missed from earlier this year (all the streaming services are expensive!) and gearing up to hit the theaters for some of the Sept releases. Will review some shortly.

Also getting into my wrestling side more. Excited about AJ Lee coming back and fingers crossed i’ll be at a Smackdown taping in a couple of weeks and hoping to see some of my favorites.

There are some big changes coming for me. Finally setting aside time for me every day for time at the gym. This is something I have always considered not possible and for some reason selfish of me, but I am tired of that idea of thinking. Starting tomorrow I start the journey for setting aside time for me at the gym.
1 hr a day.
3-4 days heavy lift
Every day doing basic cardio.
This is for me and my life and what I want to be able to do. This is about getting strong. Yes lose weight but the real goal is strength and a more cardio push so that I can go back to heavy armor fighting.

I have been pulling oracle cards for the last few months to help with getting a sense of things before I start my day. The last 4 days has had ebb and flow as the lead card and that is after doing extensive shuffling and rearranging. Looks like they have something to say.

It has been awhile but things have been crazy. Lost my job before Christmas, partner had a stroke in Jan. It’s been a rough go at it,but I’m still here!

Yes even this goth girl loves her football. Remember going to games in Miami as a kid during the Bob Griese /Don Shula years. Seeing the dolphins in the original Foxboro stadium against the Patriots. This was my morning. I would watch this, write in my journal and learn about what was going on with the draft or the season, laugh at and his passionate rants, the fun ways that the personalities of all 4 of them would shine through and show their love of the game.
Today is the first Monday of no til July and my routine is already thrown. I just wanted to post how much you mean to some of us and how much a part of our lives you are. , and you make mornigs bearable and I wish it was July already.
