There are some big changes coming for me. Finally setting aside time for me every day for time at the gym. This is something I have always considered not possible and for some reason selfish of me, but I am tired of that idea of thinking. Starting tomorrow I start the journey for setting aside time for me at the gym.
1 hr a day.
3-4 days heavy lift
Every day doing basic cardio.
This is for me and my life and what I want to be able to do. This is about getting strong. Yes lose weight but the real goal is strength and a more cardio push so that I can go back to heavy armor fighting.
