If I may even ask; who’s going to be flag bearer of the new coalition party? It’s Obi, Atiku, Amaechi or El-rufai? All these persons are interested to be flag bearer. Have you seen the party has even collapsed before it was formed?

You can not give out what you don’t have . A selfish person can not sacrifice themselves for others to be happy. It’s impossible.

They said they’re going to sacrifice themselves for Nigerians, and your body is already sweeting you. So you have forgotten 2023? Obi decamped to LP because Otiku insisted to flag bearer of PDP. He couldn’t made the sacrifice then. Amaechi was frustrated in both parties “APC & PDP” by Wike.

Wike is the reason why Amaechi can not be in PDP & APC.

El-rufai is angry because he was denied minister . Before Tinubu denied El-Rufai minister, he knew he’s nobody .

All these are frustrated folks .

Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's Court Update 19-05-2025

Case adjourned

Due to court restrictions on updating Cross Examination proceedings, we learned that the Cross Examination has ended.

The prosecution team led by Awomolo SAN, have closed their case and ended their provision of witnesses today, meanwhile, the defense team led by Kanu Agabi SAN, filed for a No-Case Submission.

Consequently, the presiding judge, Justice James Omotosho, adjourned the case to 18 July, 2025 for adoptions of Written addresses on the No-Case Submission filed by Mazi Nnamdi Kanu's defense team.

What Is A "No Case Submission/Motion" ?

Inorder to clarify our esteemed readers and Biafrans in general over the ambiguity of the legal term "No Case Submission" as it surfaced during today's court proceedings of Mazi Nnamdi Kanu vs Federal Government Of Nigeria, here are what you need to understand about a "No Case Submission".

A "No Case Submission" in court refers to a motion made by a defendant (or their legal counsel) requesting the judge to dismiss the case brought against them at the close of the prosecution's case.

In a "No Case Submission", the defense argues that the evidence or evidences presented by the prosecution is/are insufficient to support a conviction, meaning that even if the evidence is taken at face value, it does not establish a case that could lead to a guilty verdict.

If the judge agrees with the no case submission, he may dismiss the charges, resulting in the defendant's acquittal.

If the judge denies the motion, the trial will continue, and the defense may present their case.

Therefore, Biafrans following the court proceedings are advised to maintain decorum and remain steadfast to our leader's pursuit for justice.

There is a reason why Mazi Nnamdi Kanu said we can never restore Biafra should we start kị́lling our own people.

This is because Mazi Nnamdi Kanu knows the importance of blo0d and also the behavioural nature of humans, especially an Igbo man.

If you understand an Igbo man very well, you will know that a typical Igbo man can reject whatever help you are rendering him if you take him for granted, not to talk of kidnapping and kị́lling them in the name of bringing freedom for them. They will reject you and your freedom.

The enemy knows this about ndị Igbo. Our oppressors studied our behaviour during the colonial era, and they reported back to the Queen. This was why this agent provocateur was sent. This was why they brought all manners of kị́llings, kidnapping, ransom payments, beheadings, lies against our people. They wanted our people to get angry and reject IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu. It would have happened had IPOB not countered them, rejected them and separated them from the family.

We all can't succumb to threats. We all can't keep quiet. Our societal growth depends on our voices. I don't join words with criiminals and dubị́ous individuals. I say things the way they are. Dubị́ous individuals are shameless. They are evị̀l. But they fear one thing and that is truth. I am that truth.

When I told you all that Simon Ekpa would end up in handcuffs, some of you doubted it. When it happened, some of you are now saying it is normal for a freedom fighter. That the place of a freedom fighter is either in exile, in the grave or in prison. This assertion is true, but it has nothing to do with Simon Ekpa's imprisonment.

This agent of the government is held because of the atrocities he committed against our people. He was never held because of his dedication to the freedom of his people. He ought to have been arrested earlier before it happened, but the government behind him kept lobbying for his freedom. But they couldn't do much when the lousy American Biden presidency that gave chance to dubị́ous World leaders to behave anyhow ended abruptly. The coming of President Trump, changed things a little and so many countries buckled up. That facilitated the arrest of the government agents.

A senseless government agent must go down and the government that recruited him can't go down with him. Ekpa was rash, ego-filled and senseless. He did not watch his back. He dropped evidence along his paths. I don't see Simon Ekpa getting off the hook. But if he does, it is already over for him. He will not come to Biafra land because of the fear of Nigeria government. He will avoid Biafra because of his fear of our people whom his gangs murdered and brutalized.

Freedom fighting is not having a few gangs of criminals who threaten and kị́ll people for you.

To his remnant supporters, I leave this message. Shame will envelop you all. Even in your dubị́ousness, you all will still hide your faces in shame.

IPOB has already triumphed because they maintained the principles of truth. Soonest Mazi Nnamdi Kanu will join the family. And then you all will understand what I have been telling you guys. Most of you will regret all the atrocities you all committed.

The Army commanders in Southeast had a meeting in Obinze barracks today which ended around 2pm. Their plan was how to kill our people, those who will come out on Friday, 30th May, so that they will use it to blackmail IPOB and Mazi Nnamdi Kanu.

Therefore, I am informing everyone of our people in Biafraland to please, respect that day by sitting at home. It is just a 12 hour timeframe. Avoid being a scapegoat.

There was a meeting today in Imo state geared towards creating chaos in Biafraland on the 30th May celebration by coming out to openly shoot people and pin it on IPOB. Will they deny that they didn't hold a meeting today that ended by 2 pm? So, parents beware.

IPOB has written to WAEC HQ in Ghana, including their head office in Lagos Nigeria. Nobody will claim ignorant this time. It is well known that the Nigerian government is always creating problem every May 30 celebration in order to sabotage the celebration and possibly destroy IPOB. The Nigeria government will wait for ever and that will never happen.

Also, lemme use this opportunity to warn some lawyers that are playing double agent, hoping to cash out with Mazi Nnamdi Kanu case to cease and desist. IPOB can never be destroyed, not now and not ever. Please respect yourselves this time. I don't want to get any negative intelligence feedback about any lawyer trying to sabotage IPOB and the Biafra movement by aligning with criminals.

The Eastern Security Network (ESN) was formed by the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) in December 2020 as a response to perceived threats from Fulani herdsmen .
The marauding Fulani herdsmen who are grazing on Igbo farmlands and committing crimes against local residents, like ra**ng women , kidnappings, killing farmers , attacking villages and occupying their land have been responsible for violence and displacement leading to the perception that the Igbo are being targeted with Nigerian security protection .

The Nigerian security forces have been ineffective in protecting the Igbo people from these perceived threats.

The ESN was formed as a self-defense mechanism for the Igbo people, aiming to protect their land and communities from the alleged violence and exploitation.

Ahmed Gulak's Death, A Calculated Plan By The Nigerian Government Against IPOB That Backfired

Let's critically and briefly analyse Gulak's death for the world to know who killed him.

Ahmed Gulak before his death in 2021 was an APC political party member. He hailed from Adamawa State, North Eastern Nigeria.

The APC politician was murdered in Imo State on Sunday, May 30th, 2021 after being invited to the State by governor Hope Uzodinma for a visit they claimed it was for a "constitutional Review". After the visit and possibly reviewing the said constitution or not, on his way to the airport to catch a flight back to Abuja, he was surrounded and shot dead by armed men in the city of Owerri in a broad daylight.

Now, here are possible questions that are begging for answers:

1. Which constitution was he reviewing in Imo State with Hope Uzodinma at that time in 2021?

2. Were they reviewing the Nigerian government constitution in Imo State?

3. Were they reviewing the Imo State constitution? Is it Hope Uzodinma's responsibility to review a constitution? And why would someone from Adamawa State be invited to come and review constitution for Imo State?

4. Were they reviewing APC constitution? Does APC Imo State have their own constitution different from the APC Nigeria one umbrella constitution?

A top APC Nigerian politician like Ahmed Gulak came to Imo State on invitation by the governor and there was no security es**rt assigned to him by the government at least to pick him up from the airport and to es**rt him to the airport on his way back. If there wasn't a plan to assassinate him, there would have been security men assigned to him.

At that time in 2021, there was no constitution in review in Nigeria. The Federal Government was not reviewing constitution. Imo State was not reviewing constitution and the APC political party were not also reviewing any constitution. Even if there was a constitutional review, it wouldn't be Hope Uzodinma and Ahmed Gulak that would be reviewing constitution for Nigerians in Imo State. So which constitution were they reviewing?

First, the Nigerian government and Hope Uzodinma should tell Nigerians and the world why they invited Ahmed Gulak to Imo State and why they did not assign any police es**rt to him to and fro the airport. This time, we don't want to hear constitutional review because there was no constitution in review in Imo State at the time Gulak was assassinated.

Secondly, Hope Uzodinma the Imo State governor had earlier exonerated IPOB of the accusation and clarified that the murder of Ahmed Gulak was political. We want him to tell Nigerians the politicians that murdered Ahmed Gulak.

This lawless act of murdering Gulak was a miscalculated plan by the Nigerian government. A plan they targeted at IPOB but got backfired at them.
May 30 every year in Igboland is mapped out for the commemoration of Biafra Heroes. IPOB usually on the 30th of May every year to honor our fallen heroes. But, the assassination of Gulak became a miscalculated plan of the Nigerian government that backfired on them because their intention for killing Gulak was to tag it on IPOB and to use it as evidence against Nnamdi Kanu in court. Unknowingly to them, IPOB did not sit at home that day and no IPOB member or ESN enforced any sit at home on people.

In the history of IPOB, no day have we held our sit at home on Sunday. May 30th 2021 was on Sunday. Our people had to go to church and pray. IPOB did not sit at home that day rather, the sit at home was shifted to the 31st of May in 2021 being Monday.

The Nigerian government who are desperately searching for non-existing evidence to criminalize Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB miscalculated this one and it backfired on them. They killed Gulak and we want them to be bold enough and claim responsibility to their own crime.

After they assassinated Gulak, the Nigerian police with zero intelligence rushed to the media and claimed that it was IPOB/ESN enforcing sit at home that murdered Gulak. How? Enforcing sit at home that was scheduled for May 31st on May 30th? Common sense would tell you that Ahmed Gulak just like governor Hope Uzodinma said was politically assassinated by the Nigerian government that sent him to Imo State for no just reason. Hope Uzodinma the Imo State governor was just a willing tool the Federal Government used in assassinating Gulak. The plan was to kill him in Igboland so that it would be easier to tag on IPOB/ESN and Nnamdi Kanu.

May 30th in 2021 was Sunday and everybody went about their normal businesses. Nobody sat at home and nobody enforced any sit at home. Ahmed Gulak was assassinated by the Nigerian government because no constitutional review was going on at the time of his assassination. Even if there was, the government had planned his death.
