Homemade Sweet & Tangy Pickled Beans 🥒✨
Ingredients:
1 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 cup white vinegar
1 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tbsp kosher salt
2 garlic cloves, smashed
1 tsp red pepper flakes
1 tsp dill seeds
Instructions:
Trim green beans and arrange them upright in sterilized jars. Add garlic, red pepper flakes, and dill seeds to each jar.
Heat vinegar, water, sugar, and salt in a saucepan until boiling. Stir until dissolved.
Pour brine over the beans, leaving 1/2 inch of headspace. Seal jars tightly.
Cool to room temperature and refrigerate for 48 hours before enjoying.

Classic Mediterranean Olive Oil Dip 🫒🍞
Ingredients:
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions:
In a small bowl, pour in the olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
Add the oregano, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes to the oil mixture.

Ingredients:
2 slices rustic bread or sourdough
1 cup slow-cooked birria meat
1 cup shredded Oaxaca or Monterey Jack cheese
2 tbsp butter
¼ cup consommé for dipping
Instructions:
Butter the outside of both bread slices. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
Build the sandwich: layer cheese, birria meat, and more cheese between the bread slices, keeping the buttered sides on the outside.
Grill until crispy and golden brown, about 3 minutes per side. Press gently to ensure the cheese melts perfectly.
Serve hot with a bowl of consommé for dipping and savor the flavors.

Instructions:

1 cup powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a baking dish.

1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup cold butter (cubed)
Instructions:
Blend graham crackers with butter and press into a 9x9-inch pan. Bake for 8 minutes at 350°F.

Buckeye Brownie Cookies
Ingredients:
1 box brownie mix
1/4 cup all-purpose flour

2 large eggs
1/3 cup peanut butter
1/4 cup powdered sugar

Instructions:
