โ Students who are already beneficiaries of any ๐ด๐ผ๐๐ฒ๐ฟ๐ป๐บ๐ฒ๐ป๐-๐ณ๐๐ป๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ฑ ๐๐ฐ๐ต๐ผ๐น๐ฎ๐ฟ๐๐ต๐ถ๐ฝ ๐ผ๐ฟ ๐ฒ๐ฑ๐๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ฎ๐น ๐ฎ๐๐๐ถ๐๐๐ฎ๐ป๐ฐ๐ฒ ๐ฝ๐ฟ๐ผ๐ด๐ฟ๐ฎ๐บ, including but not limited to:

โข Tulong Dunong Program (TDP)

Qualified beneficiaries may receive โฑ10,000.00 per semester, subject to the guidelines and availability of funds under the UniFAST Program.

1. Applications will be accepted ๐ข๐ก๐๐ฌ through the official Google Forms provided below.
2. Please ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ฎ๐ฑ ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐ณ๐ผ๐น๐น๐ผ๐ ๐ฎ๐น๐น ๐ถ๐ป๐๐๐ฟ๐๐ฐ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป๐ ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐ฟ๐ฒ๐ณ๐๐น๐น๐ before and while accomplishing the Google Form.
3. Ensure that all information provided is ๐ฐ๐ผ๐บ๐ฝ๐น๐ฒ๐๐ฒ, ๐ฎ๐ฐ๐ฐ๐๐ฟ๐ฎ๐๐ฒ, ๐ฎ๐ป๐ฑ ๐๐ฟ๐๐๐ต๐ณ๐๐น.
4. Incorrect, incomplete, or improperly accomplished applications may result in errors during portal encoding or may not be included in the UniFAST portal for evaluation.
5. Use ๐ข๐ก๐๐ฌ the Google Form link designated for your respective EPDU. Applications submitted through the wrong link may not be processed.
6. Only ๐ผ๐ป๐ฒ (๐ญ) ๐ฎ๐ฝ๐ฝ๐น๐ถ๐ฐ๐ฎ๐๐ถ๐ผ๐ป ๐ฝ๐ฒ๐ฟ ๐๐๐๐ฑ๐ฒ๐ป๐ is allowed. Multiple submissions may affect the processing of your application.
