The occasion was graced by key university directors and administrators, including Mr. Keith Carlou N. Jaramilla, Director of Information and Computer Technology, and Mr. Anthony B. Colico, Director of the Public Information Office. Their presence highlighted the institutionโs continuing commitment to innovation, strategic communication, and quality education.
Adding prestige to the event were the deans and academic leaders of ZPPSU: Dr. Kier P. Dela Calzada, Dean of the External Program Delivering Unit; Dr. Norwesa L. Madriaga, Director of the Institute of Technical Education; Mr. Ferdinand V. Andrade, Dean of Information and Computing Sciences; Dr. Sammy C. Paringit Jr., Dean of the College of Physical Education and Sports; Dr. Roberto S. Eyo II, Dean of the College of Education; and Dr. Romel G. Guillermo, Dean of Student Affairs. Their collective leadership continues to shape students into competent, responsible, and globally competitive professionals.
The ceremony also underscored strong institutional governance, represented by the universityโs vice presidents: Dr. Dorothy Joy D. Tan, Vice President for Income Generation; Dr. Cyrus Pil P. Cadavedo, Vice President for Student Affairs and Services; Dr. Rolando P. Malalay, Vice President for Research, Development, and Extension; Prof. Josephine L. Sulasula, Vice President for Administration and Finance; and Dr. Maria Christina G. Wee, Vice President for Academic Affairs. Their combined efforts continue to advance the universityโs mission of academic excellence and institutional growth.
Also present were University Registrar Ms. Maria Asie G. Tubil II, Board of Regents members Hon. Matt Christian A. Atilano (Student Regent) and Dr. Carlos C. Lolo (Alumni Regent), together with Board Secretary Ms. Lilia Vesorio, whose support ensured the smooth and successful conduct of the academic ceremony.
The graduates were inspired by Guest Speaker Hon. Jerry โTotongโ Perez, represented by Ms. Nina Jean Perez, who delivered a compelling message encouraging graduates to pursue excellence, embrace challenges, and become catalysts of meaningful change in society.
