Eid Mubarak everyone! :-). I am done fasting and decided to head straight to the Gym for a Late one. Your health is your wealth.

A toxic mind leads to a toxic life.
I just wanted to take this time to say thank you to all my freinds and family. Love every single one of you. I would not be the person I am without you guys in my life.
Life is very demanding at the momment but hopefully i will make time to meet up with all of you soon.

My gosh everything is rocketing up In cost.
I asked a local garage for a quote on servicing my car and they wanted nearly £500.00. So I thought screw that.
I'll have a crack at it and do it my self.
After all how hard could it be?
So I did the oil change, filters and spark plugs etc.
Learned it all from watching YouTube videos.
And guess what?
The car starts and drives.
I would have posted more pics of me doing the service but I was litterly covered in grease and engine oil.

Just finished a month of fasting and I have lost a lot of weight. So going back to the gym is a welcome relief. I feel very tight and lean and I hope I don't put the weight back on 😂. As long as I can stay out of temptations way I think I will be OK 😉...
