Are you frustrated by the new Free Transform Tool in Photoshop CC 2019? Well, if so, I've got the fix for you! In this video you'll learn how to hack Photoshop and get the old Free Transform Tool back. That way you can hold down shift to your heart's content.

HOW IT'S DONE:

Step One: Open a text editor (has to create a .TXT file)
Step Two: Type "TransformProportionalScale 0" (without quotes)
Step Three: Save the file as "PSUserConfig.txt" (without quotes)
Step Four: Place the file into the Settings folder…

macOS: //Users/[User Name]/Library/Preferences/Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 Settings/

Windows: [Installation Drive]:\Users\[User Name]\AppData\Roaming\Adobe\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019\Adobe Photoshop CC 2019 Settings\

Step Five: Restart Photoshop
