The New England Music Awards is proud to welcome back to the stage award-winning country artist Annie Brobst and podcaster and New Age Media Management founder Adam Lopez as hosts for the 2025 ceremony. This year’s show is scheduled for Sunday, November 16th at Six String Grill and Stage in Foxborough, MA.
Ohio-raised, now Boston-based, Annie Brobst is New England Music Awards' 2023 Female Performer of the Year across all music genres and has accumulated nearly 20 local awards as a Country Singer/Songwriter here in the Northeast. She’s notable for adding a feminine touch to a bro-country sound with an undeniable stage presence. With songwriting influences like Ashley McBryde, Old Dominion, Miranda Lambert, and Jason Isbell, Annie's last album "Where We Holler" peaked at #2 on the US iTunes Country Album Chart just below Carrie Underwood for the week, which is unprecedented for an independent artist. The album was described as "nothing short of a love letter to country music" by Worcester Magazine. She's been on the big stages at Taste of Country Music Festival in Hunter NY, Country Jam Colorado, and Headwaters Country Jam in Montana as well as here locally at Big Night Live, House of Blues Boston, City Winery Boston, and more. Between touring out west and back at home, she's shared stages with acts like Hardy, Josh Turner, Little Big Town, Kip Moore, Brett Eldredge, and over 40 others.
