"When Life Knocks You Down, Find Your Way Back Up 💚"
A few weeks ago, I felt completely stuck. No energy, no motivation—just an overwhelming sense of emptiness.
So, I did something I don’t often do: I stepped away. I spent time with my boys, revisited old hobbies, and gave myself the space to breathe.
One day, while scrolling online, I stumbled upon a music video by Coldplay, *"All My Love."* I clicked play, and something inside me shifted.
The song’s lyrics and melody touched my soul in a way I hadn’t felt in a long time. It reminded me of the beauty in my life—the love of my family and the strength I carry, even when I forget it’s there.
That moment made me pick up my guitar again. It reignited a spark I thought I’d lost. And while I don’t have the best singing voice, I decided to record this short cover of *"All My Love"* as a tribute to the people who keep me going—my husband James and our son Dane.
If you’re feeling stuck or defeated, I want you to know that it’s okay to pause, to step away, and to rediscover what lights you up inside. The road back isn’t always easy, but it’s always worth it. 💚
