Victoria Saints Men's Shed provides a warm and welcoming space for men to socialise and enjoy good conversations.

Regular speakers are invited to discuss men's physical and mental health and wellbeing.

Earlier this week I was fortunate enough to attend CYBERUK 2024 in Birmingham which is the UK Governments flag ship event for Cyber Security hosted each year bh NCSC / GCHQ. Was such an incredible experience networking and hearing speakers from public, private sector UK Government and USA Government cyber security officials.

Certainly took a lot of knowledge and food for thought from this event.

Wondering why the sky above Swansea is orange? Look no further than the Swansea.com they have new lights to help the grass grow and are unfortunately throwing out a ridiculous amount of light pollution in the area giving the East of Swansea an orange glow.
