Hey everybody and welcome to my podcast. In this episode is the return of Christy and a continuation of her view of this journey from a caregivers perspective. Christy shares some valuable advice for anyone who cares for a loved one who is suffering from severe illness or injury. Her experience is as much heartbreaking as it is inspirational and that's why I believe it's so important for her to share this information with the world. Please share this episode with someone who faces the same obstacles and may be struggling as a caregiver. Remember self care is absolutely necessary for the caregiver to be able to survive the trauma of being in that role.
