It's actually happening. I'm so excited!! 🥳🥳🙏

My manuscript for "Unlimit" got accepted by the publisher I wanted (the same that published Mel Robbins book "The 5 Second Rule") and tomorrow I have an appointment with one of the top non-fiction book editors in the entire world, a lady with 40 years of experience!

Next stop is the NY Times Bestseller List, and then the "Oprah Winfrey Show" 🎉

One of the keys to building discipline is to delay your rewards. If you can't stop eating chocolate for example, tell yourself: "OK, you can have the chocolate. But finish writing 500 more words for this blog post first."

From September 3rd to October 15 (today), I have written and edited 104,000 words (272 pages) for my new book "Unlimit"⚡

It's one of the most significant achievements of my life, and though I feel proud, I'm also exhausted! 🤯I started working at 2am this morning, for example 🥺 No human should live this way 😂

And no -- I didn't write ANYTHING with ChatGPT 😆 I use ChatGPT to proofread and offer feedback on what I wrote, but that's it.

I've been pouring my heart and soul out into this book, and can't wait to hear what you guys think! 🙏

Here's a productivity secret ☺️ I have written and edited my entire book at the gym. When you bundle together difficult tasks with things that make you feel good, like movement, the experience changes completely and your productivity skyrockets.
